I always knew I was a tough person to work with, Darcy called me a “High C” – very analytical and detail oriented. Haha YUPP- have been all my life. I have to know everything and anything about all the homes I was interested in, and because she took the time to understand my personality, I never had to worry about getting all the information that I needed well in advance to decide whether I want to spend my time looking at the home. She really understood me and gave me the time of day, I wasn’t just another number to her to make money. Really cared about every little detail I had told her on day one. I shared such joy with her the day I finally bought – mind you, I had backed out of a few prior to finally setting my mind on my perfect home. 2 years straight of searching with me and she never got tired, always still so cheerful and happy when we met up. I hired many realtors before that who would get so frustrated with me because I needed to know so much and see a lot – I couldn’t help that they didn’t find the proper homes for me! Even though I spent a whole 2 years to find the perfect home with Darcy (because of my particular needs and high standards,) I’m so appreciative that she stayed by my side and never gave up the search on me! I wish I could have been her other clients that would buy in a week or a month, but I know that I could never make a big decision that quickly- This AMAZING REALTOR understood and respected that 🙂 THANK YOU FOR NOT GIVING UP ON ME AND FINDING ME MY FOREVER HOME. I am not normally the type of person to write testimonials especially when it come to realtors. I don’t even know where to start. I have always HATED Realtors. I tried to sell my home by myself, thinking I did everything I could. The property was priced right, great location. Had so many Realtors call to list my house and I always refused. I got a knock on my door one rainy day, this lady in heels. She was SOAKING wet. It was Darcy, telling me she sold a house down the block. I guess she saw my For Sale sign. I invited her in to dodge the rain, and she explained to me how she sold the nearby house at asking price in 10 DAYS. My house has been for sale for 7 months. I asked her what I was doing wrong. I told her I didn’t think I needed to pay extra for a Realtor and can do everything myself. After a good hour or so, I learned that my house had little exposure to the public and amateur photos. I gave Darcy a shot, told her I will try for 30 days max. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! She sold my house in 7 DAYS! Great Pictures, she decluttered and staged my home, and I got more than what I was asking for. She paid for herself! Since then I have referred my friends and family to this wonderful bubbly woman. I can’t thank her enough for knocking on my door. Call Darcy for all your Realtor needs, seriously. She’s awesome!
